Organizational Structure of ATI.
- The
Administrative Training Institute is a Government institution, under the
administrative control of the Department of Personnel & Administrative
Reforms, Government of Nagaland. It also maintains a close link with the
Department of Personnel & Training, Govt. of India.

- The Institute is headed by a Director who is a
senior Officer from AIS cadre. The
Director is assisted by two Additional Directors – one drawn from amongst All
India Allied Services or NCS and the other on promotion from a permanent training
officer, one Faculty Head(DM)-cum-Joint Director(Accounts), three Sr.
Lecturers, two Associate Professors (Disaster
Management), one Lecturer(Accounts), one Registrar, two
Superintendents, one Librarian, One Research Officer and a number of
supporting staff.

Faculty:
ATI, Kohima has
its own team of permanent, professional and experienced trainers in various
fields like Management, Public Administration, Accounts, financial management,
Computers, Disaster Management, behavioural sciences and economics. Subject
experts and guest faculties are also invited from within and outside the State from
time to time.
The faculty members are constantly upgrading the course contents and designing
various courses as per the user requirements, based on feedbacks received from
previous courses and as per the latest policies and trends of the government.
The performance of the faculties of the Institute are assessed as per the
Job Chart for Course Directors, Course Coordinator,
Research Officer, etc.
