Mass Skill Upgradation Training Programme for Govt. employees: Shri. Neiphiu Rio, Hon'ble Chief Minister of Nagaland inaugurated the "Mass Skill Upgradation Training Programme for Government Employees" for employees of the State Civil Secretariat on 16th July, 2004. This training was conducted for the very first time in the history of the State of Nagaland as a whole and the ATI in particular. It was successfully conducted from the level of LDAs to Additional Secretaries from 16th July to 30th September, 2004 covering 468 employees in 22 batches. The modules covered: Office Procedure, Computer and other management topics like Behavioural Skills, Organisational Development, Motivation, Leadership etc. With the success of this training, similar training was scheduled for the Directorate employees during 2005, but could finally started in 2007. The modules covered for the Directorates: Office Procedure, Computer, RTI, Records Management, Conduct Rules, Disciplinary Proceedings & Appeal Rules, GPF, Leave Rules, Pension Rules and Motivation etc. Course Title: Mass Skill Upgradation Training Programme for Govt. employees Course Objectives: To refresh the participants with essential knowledge and skills in office procedures and computer application so as to enable them to discharge their duties more effectively and effectively.
